How does it work?

Applying to rent one of our homes couldn’t be easier, there are just a few simple steps to follow:

1.

GET IN TOUCH

Once you’ve found a home that’s just right for you, please get in touch with our friendly lettings team.

We’ll ask you to send over confirmation of your household income (including benefits), your email address and mobile number and we’ll also need this same information for everyone over the age of 18 who’ll be living at the property.

2.

Lettings Hub

Once you have been pre-approved, we’ll arrange for your affordability assessment and credit reference check to be conducted by a company called Lettings Hub.

If all checks are successful, we’ll be able to offer you the tenancy on your ideal home.*

3.

Deposit Protection Scheme

We’ll collect one month’s rent in advance and a deposit equal to one month’s rent just before your tenancy starts.  Your deposit will be protected under the Deposit Protection Scheme.

4.

MOVE IN!

Move in! We’ll meet you at your new home to give you the keys and make sure you know how everything works.  Once you’ve settled in, if you need any advice or to report a repair our friendly aftersales team will be on hand to help.

 

*Sometimes we receive lots of applications for the same property – if this happens, a tenancy will be offered on a ‘first ready, first served’ basis.
