How does the buying process work?

Browse our range, then get in touch to arrange your appointment with our sales team.

2.

Need help to make the costs of buying more affordable?

We’ll chat through with you which buying options are available, so you understand which scheme is right for you. If you don’t need any assistance though, that’s fine too – plenty of our new homes are available to buy for market sale.

3.

Once you’re financially approved for your chosen way to buy, the fun begins!

Instruct your solicitor and mortgage advisor, and we’ll need their details too.

Contracts are then sent to your solicitors so they can start making their enquiries and searches. At the same time, your mortgage advisor will be liaising with your lender to get your new home valued and a mortgage offer issued. Our sales team will be touch regularly with you during this process, on hand to help with any queries you might have.

5.

Exchange of contracts.

When your mortgage offer is issued and your solicitors have had all the information they need, we’ll be ready to exchange contracts. If your home is already built, contracts will be exchanged very close to sale completion. If there’s a bit of a wait, we’ll exchange contracts, your deposit will be paid over, and sale completion will happen once your beautiful new home is ready for you to move into.

6.

Time to move in!

Once your sale has completed we’ll meet you at your new home to hand you your keys and make sure you know how everything works. You’ll receive a handy Home user guide too. That’s not the end of our customer care though! We’ll still be at the ready to provide any advice you might need once you’ve settled in.
